3. Am I eligible for the bonus shares?
You are only eligible if you purchased LIC shares on or before May 27, 2026, and held them through the official record date of May 29, 2026. Anyone who bought shares on or after May 29 bought them at the new, halved price and will not receive free bonus shares.
4. What about the ₹10 LIC dividend?
LIC announced a dual reward, matching the bonus issue with a final dividend of ₹10 perequity share.

- Payout Date: Following approval at the annual general meeting on July 27, the dividend will be paid out on or before August 25, 2026.
