Nestle India’s board will meet on July 3, 2026, to consider a special dividend from retained earnings. If approved, the eligibility cutoff via the official Record Date is fixed for July 10, 2026, alongside a ₹5 final dividend. Payments are expected on or after July 30, 2026.
